Do I pay in a secured environment?
Yes, for payments by IDEAL or creditcard we make use of the services of payment service provider Mollie. Mollie has been authorised by De Nederlandsche Bank as payment service provider under the European Act of Payment Services Directive/PSD. For more information go to: https://www.mollie.com/en/.

Do prices in the webshop include 21% VAT?
Yes they are as is shown on your invoice. All import duties and taxes to be paid for orders outside the European Union are on behalf of the client. These are not included in our prices
How to use the ’kortingscode’/discount code?
When in your shopping basket, you can enter this code in the field ‘Kortingscode’ Click on ‘Toepassen’/Apply and your discount will appear in your shopping overview.
Can I have my order delivered on a different address?
Yes, we provide an extra address option for this reason.
Orders within the Netherlands will be shipped through PostNL with Track & Trace. This costs € 4,25. Standard delivery time of PostnNL is 1-2 business days. We can also ship as a ‘aangetekend’/registered parcel, which costs € 8,60 up to 100gr. This includes insurance up to € 500.
Orders outside the Netherlands will be shipped with Track & Trace. This costs € 11,50 for most European countries. Intercontinental shipments on request.
After receiving your payment we ship within 3 business days. Do you need your parcel sooner than that? Please let us know through the form when ordering or contact us by phone or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you have a return policy?
Yes we have. We like you to be a 100% satisfied customer. That is why you can return you purchase within 14 days from the moment you have received your parcel. You can also exchange your purchase for another model. In both cases we ask you to send us an e-mail at email@example.com.
As soon as we have received your purchase in good order we will refund you. Costs for return shipment are on you. In order to return you product and get a refund it must not be used (no stains or damages, no smell of smoke and/or perfume) and be returned in its original packaging
The earrings that I really like are already sold out, now what?
If this is the case than please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org. In case we still have the original materials we can make you your favourite earrings, or we may be able to offer you an alternative.
I like some earrings I have seen on social media but I cannot find them in your webshop. Can I order them?
Since most of the time we make unique pieces not everyhing is available in our webshop. Some earrings are being sold in our atelier or through our retailers. Just e-mail us what you have seen and we will try to help you get your favourite earrings.
